Il Cairo, 8 febbraio 2005 - Il network Parliamentarians for Global Action (www.pgaction.org) organizza il 9 e 10 febbraio, al Cairo, una Conferenza dal titolo: "Il Principio di Legalità e la protezione della Società Civile: il Ruolo del Legislatore", ospitata dall'Assemblea del Popolo della Repubblica Araba d'Egitto. La Conferenza ha, per un verso, l'obiettivo di rafforzare e facilitare il confronto fra i legaislatori nella costruzione della giustizia e del principio di legalità nelle società post-belliche e per altro, quello di promuovere il dialogo sull'importanza del diritto umanitario internazionale. Emma Bonino interverrà mercoledì 9 febbario all'interno del panel relativo alla Responsabilità di Protezione, il Ruolo degli Stati e quello delle Nazioni Unite.
